The foreclosure auction scheduled for two mixed-use properties at 43 and 45 Mott St. in Chinatown was canceled Wednesday after the Hon. Francis Kahn vacated the order, court records show. The parties, including plaintiff Global Bank and defendants Kevin Ye and Ping Cheung, are due back in court Feb. 25.
