Monday, March 17 at 10 a.m.: The NYC Council’s Committee on Committee on General Welfare, which has jurisdiction over New York City’s Human Resources Administration/Department of Social Services and Department of Homeless Services, will hold a hearing on the mayor’s preliminary budget. More here.
Monday, March 17 at 1 p.m.: The City Planning Commission will hold a review session on several land use applications, including the city proposed rezoning for Jamaica, Queens. More here.

Sunday, March 22, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.: Manhattan Community Board 10 will host a day-long housing forum in Harlem with workshops, panels, and a community town hall addressing deteriorating housing conditions. More here.
