The Midtown office building sold by RFR Holding to Amazon earlier this month amid foreclosure proceedings traded for $340 million, which paid for the nine office condos making up the 23-story site’s upper floors. And as part of the deal, the owner of No. 522’s storefront, Deka Real Estate, unloaded the space to RFR for $85 million.
