Patrick Bailey has joined Marathon Strategies as Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications, leaving his role as Communications Director at The Business Council of New York State after seven and a half years. Bailey was a voice for New York’s business community, leading the organization’s media strategy and public messaging on issues impacting employers across the state.
