The Parkside Group was honored to win four Reed Awards this year for excellence in political and nonprofit campaign work. The Reed Awards are an annual, national competition held by Campaigns and Elections Magazine celebrating the best in creative design for public affairs and electoral campaign efforts.

Parkside won three awards for our work on Jackie Salvatore’shistoric win in the Columbia County Sheriff’s race, where she became the first Black woman elected County Sheriff in New York State’s history. Parkside received top recognition for Best Use of Photography in a Mail Piece, Best Canvassing or Lit Piece for a Democratic Candidate in the Northeast and Southeast, and Best Online Video for a Democratic Candidate in the Northeast and Southeast. You can watch the award-winning video from Jackie’s campaign here

For the second consecutive year, Parkside also won the Reed Award for Best Fundraising Mail Creative for our work with the 9/11 Memorial & Museum. We encourage all New Yorkers to visit the 9/11 Memorial & Museum and support its mission at: 911memorial.org/donate. Parkside’s employees have been continually recognized on City & State NY’s Power Lists. Recently, our Founding Partner and CEO, Harry Giannoulis, named one of the most influential people shaping New York City’s politics, earning a spot on their 2026 New York City Power 100 list.

Other recent Parkside honorees include Vice President Katie O’Leary for the Who’s Who in Energy List, Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel, Jake Herring for Who’s Who in Government Relations, Senior Vice President Saima Anjam for Above and Beyond Women, Vice President Alexia Holden for Albany’s 40 Under 40, and Managing Director Spencer Lee and Partner Joe Ruebens for the Queens Power 100 and Brooklyn Power 100 lists, respectively.

Last month our Chief Operating Officer, Tess McRae, spoke to The City about Mayor Mamdani’s first 100 days in office and Vice President of Growth and Operations, Alex Elmasri, sat down with David Lombardo for the Dispatches from Planet Albany Podcast to discuss Comptroller DiNapoli’s chances of being reelected.
